Initial Consultation: To understand your vision, priorities and expectations on your wedding day.
Timeline creation: Development of a detailed wedding day timeline for you, the wedding party and vendors.
Vendor Coordination: Liaising with all vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page, overseeing details such as delivery times, set up and packing away.
On the day coordination: Overseeing the entire wedding day, from setup to breakdown as well as managing the timeline and ensuring everything happens according to the plan. From the set up of the ceremony and receptions spaces to the decor and seating arrangements. I will be on hand for any of your needs.
Problem Solving: I will handle any unexpected issues or last-minute changes with a calm and professional approach.
Wedding Party Support: I will keep you informed and on schedule throughout the day as well as be on hand for any help you may need, whether thats placing button holes or holding dresses anything that you need a little assistance with, I’m there.
